**Where is Enchanted Grace located?**

Enchanted Grace Boutique & Party Planning is located at 401 N. 8th Street in Midlothian, Texas. The exact venue address and arrival instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.

**How do I book a party?**

Start by completing our Plan Your Party Form. We'll review your preferred date, package, guest count, and special requests, then contact you about availability and pricing.

**How much do parties cost?**

Our DIY celebration option starts at $150. We also offer hosted celebrations, personalized experiences, themed decorations, and optional upgrades. Your final quote will reflect the package and services you select.

**Is a deposit required?**

Yes. A 50% reservation deposit and signed party agreement are required to secure your date. Your reservation is not confirmed until both are received and accepted by Enchanted Grace.

**When is the remaining balance due?**

The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before your scheduled event. For bookings made within seven days of the event, payment in full is required when the booking is confirmed.

**What happens if I need to cancel?**

Reservation deposits are nonrefundable, subject to the terms of your signed agreement. We understand that plans can change, so we offer an eligible rescheduling credit with advance notice.

**Can I reschedule my party?**

Yes! One reschedule is permitted when requested in writing at least 14 calendar days before your event, subject to availability. Your new event must take place within six months of the original event date. Additional costs may apply if you change packages or add services.

**Can we bring our own cake and food?**

Yes, subject to our food and venue guidelines. We also offer optional cake pickup, setup, and coordination services. Custom cake pricing is quoted separately.

**Do you provide decorations?**

Yes! Themed table styling and personalized decorations are available. DIY celebrations may use approved customer-provided decorations.

**What experiences are available?**

Depending on the package and age group, celebrations may feature our Princess Room, Creation Bar, potion making, crafts, jewelry making, Little Treasures, and other imaginative activities.

**Are activities included with every party?**

Not necessarily. Activities vary by package. Your booking summary will identify exactly which experiences are included and which are optional upgrades.

**Can I add extra party time?**

Additional time may be available for $50 per 30 minutes when approved in advance. Extensions are subject to venue availability.

**Do parents need to supervise their children?**

Yes. Parents or designated responsible adults must supervise children throughout private celebrations. Enchanted Grace staff may lead selected activities but do not provide general drop-off childcare as part of a private party rental.

**What happens if Enchanted Grace needs to cancel?**

If we cannot provide your booked event and you do not agree to an alternative date, we will refund the payments we received for that event.

**Can I tour the space?**

Tours may be scheduled by appointment.
